This contract concerns the maintenance and modernisation of 100 traffic lights. The scope includes a 24-hour, emergency and incident preventive response, lamp change, cable and electronic repair, controller configuration, loop replacement, RAMM asset data update, traffic management, and proactive device status reports. Upgrades include crossover software and software, switch to LED lanterns, new pylons, controller loops, wiring; Integration with SCATS and provision of all as-Built and RAMM data. The bustling intersections of Route Saint-Charles are a top priority for maintenance. Maintenance and modernization work is often carried out at busy and busy intersections where it is important to minimize traffic and pedestrian disruption. We have established an excellent working relationship with our customers, we respond to their wishes and we understand their requirements towards us. We have had this treaty since 2004 and we recently recovered it for another three years.
The scope of the contract includes: planned maintenance. Emergency and malfunction reaction. Routine lamp change. Repair of wiring and electronic components. Controller configuration. Replacement of the vehicle detector loop. Assessment and report of the condition of the installation. Upgrade to signal control hardware and software. Reconstitution of the transdermal patch. In addition to maintenance services, we equip existing signals at a rate of six to eight crossings per year and build an average of about four new reported junctions per year. The scope of our maintenance contract includes 24-hour service for emergency measures. We maintain a 24-hour on-call service for our technicians via our call center and emergency number.
